SHIPPING POLICY

We offer fast, reliable shipping on all Moxy Swim orders. Orders are processed within 2 business days. Domestic shipping is free on orders over $150 with priority options available. International shipping options are calculated at checkout based on your location. 

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day window, from delivery date, for store credit and exchanges, we do not offer refunds. All garments must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and sanitary protection in place. Garments that have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way will not be accepted. If we receive such non-qualifying items, we will simply return them to you. There are no exceptions. If the price of an item has changed since your purchase, the new prices are not able to be transferred to any previous orders. We do not offer price adjustments.

*Fit Tip: Try on swimwear over clean undergarments when testing fit to keep items returnable.

Get started by clicking the link above. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you're an International Customer, please contact us directly at hello@moxyswim.com for Return/Exchange options, as the automated system does not support International orders.

EXCHANGES (FREE SHIPPING - US ONLY)

For size exchanges, click the link above and get started. The customer is responsible for cost of shipping back to Distribution Center. Moxy will send back exchanges free of charge (US only) via USPS Ground Advantage. This is a one-time allowance for all new purchases. Regular rates apply for customers who desire express / international shipping in addition to multiple exchanges for the same purchase order.
